We are located in the heart of East London, within walking distance from Shoreditch High Street and Whitechapel Underground Station. Parking is available directly outside our facility for both motorcycles and cars, and we have a dedicated drop-off zone for transport vans.

Booking a Service

You can book a service in one of the following ways:

  1. Online Booking Form — Visit our website and fill out the “Request a Service” form. Choose your bike type, service required, preferred time slot, and leave any special instructions.
  2. Phone Call — Speak directly with a technician to discuss your issue or schedule an appointment.
  3. Walk-In — We accept walk-ins, but availability depends on the day. Appointments are always prioritized.
  4. Email Requests — If you prefer to write, send us details about your motorcycle, symptoms, and desired service, and we’ll reply with confirmation or alternative suggestions.

You’ll receive a confirmation email or call with your appointment details. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

A: We will notify you with options (OEM, aftermarket), estimated delivery time, and pricing. Some parts are available within 24 hours; others may take 2–5 business days.

Q: Do you offer pickup or delivery?
A: Within a 10-mile radius, we offer collection and delivery services for £25 per trip or free for major repair jobs over £400.
